I recently hurt my right shoulder by coughing too hard, so I definitely feel you on this! I lo e how you frame your thoughts of instead of blaming our past selves to taking care of ourselves for tomorrow, because that's really all we can control now!

I love stomach sleeping but I had surgery in October and couldn’t for a while…when I could again I had neck and shoulder pain and realized it was the danged stomach sleeping. Don’t tell my husband he was right though - he’s insufferable enough.
