Happy birthday! As your almost-birthday twin (I turned 33 yesterday) I always love to see your birthday posts, they always seem to resonate.
I used to work for Girl Scouts (in various capacities, but one was as an archery instructor so that slide made me smile) and we talked a lot about comfort zone vs. growth zone, while staying out of your panic zone!
I loved this.
