Happy White Lotus finale to all who celebrate! To honor this wild ride of a season, here are the rest of my sketchbook pages from my recent trip to Thailand (see the first half here).
If you’re watching the show, you may remember the fated Full Moon party on Koh Phangan, an island in the Gulf of Thailand. I spent a week there, though I’m thrilled to report that’s where the similarities between the show and my trip start and end (if you know, you know). Here we go:
Supplies used in this sketchbook adventure: Tombow pens (shades #291, #133, #985, and #905), this Stillman & Birn sketchbook, and the occasional splash of pool water.

This Spindrift flavor tastes like vacation.
I have an illustrated memoir about anxiety called Give Me Space but Don’t Go Far! Erin Williams said it “will teach you how to shine a warm light on the parts of yourself you most want to obscure in darkness.” See if she’s right!

Thanks for reading. Means the world!
Love your illustrations! The splashes of pool water really paid off.
It’s so impressive that you can draw “all the things” while on vaca. How do you manage to get the time to do it when traveling with others? Also, you just draw very fast!
