What have you been doing with your dread? Hard to shake lately, I’m finding! Here are a few things that have brought me joy through the doom and gloom:
youfeellikeshit.com, an interactive self care guide reminiscent of one of those magazine personality quizzes (but arguably more useful). Felt buoyed by this on a hard day. Recommend!
Oranges, ideally juicy and eaten like a freak over the sink (or better yet, in the shower. It’s a thing!).
This robust post about organization. Maybe too obvious, but I’ve found that cleaning is a nice way to feel control in the chaos. Is this a good way to cope? Time will tell.
